Techstart Ventures LLP manages this grant fund as part of a broader integrated program offering equity, grants, and advice to innovative startup and early-stage technology companies in Northern Ireland. Techstart operates under the Techstart initiative, which is funded by Invest NI as part of its Access to Finance strategy, with additional funding from the ERDF under the EU Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020.

Techstart Ventures LLP provides extensive support for early-stage technology businesses and university spin-outs, managing £50 million in equity funds and a £4.5 million Proof of Concept Grant Fund.
